Der Workshop zu “Digital City” findet vom 3. bis zum 5. März 2009 bei der HafenCity Universität Hamburg statt.Die HafenCity Universität Hamburg veranstaltet zusammen mit der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Kartographie und der International Cartographic Association (Commission on GeoVisualization) vom 3. bis zum 5. März 2009 einen Workshop zum Konzept der Digital City.

In co-operation with the International Cartographic Association (Commission on GeoVisualization) and the German Cartographic Society the HafenCity University Hamburg organizes the Workshop “GeoViz_Hamburg” which will take place March 3-5, 2009 in Hamburg.
The organizers have negotiated a special issue of “Computers, Environment and Urban Systems (CEUS)“ to showcase work presented at the Workshop. Following the Workshop participants will be asked to consider submitting a paper based upon the work presented and the feedback provided for submission to CEUS. CEUS is an international journal that is covered by the ISI Web of Knowledge.
Important: Deadline for abstracts is December 1st, 2008.
